You’ve got five days. Virgin Voyages’ Wave 2026 promotion — the biggest booking incentive of the year — wraps up at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026. If you’ve been circling a Caribbean sailing on your calendar, this is the moment to stop browsing and start booking.
We’re breaking down exactly what’s included, which cabins qualify, and why this particular deal is worth jumping on before it disappears.
What the Wave 2026 Deal Includes
The headline perk is 80% off the second sailor’s fare when you book a cabin for two. In practical terms, that means both guests are effectively sailing at roughly 40% off the standard per-person rate. If four sailors are sharing one cabin, all four receive 40% off their voyage fare.
But Virgin Voyages sweetened the pot beyond the fare discount. Depending on your cabin category, you’ll also receive:
- Up to $300 in free bar tab per cabin — RockStar Suite guests get $300 on sailings of 10+ nights, $250 on 6–9 night sailings, and $100 on 4–5 night voyages. Sea Terrace cabin guests receive $150, $100, and $25 respectively based on sailing length.
- Up to $200 in onboard credit to spend however you like on select 2026 Caribbean sailings.
- A $50 bar tab bonus on select 2026 sailings (this one actually extends through April 30, but stacking it with the Wave deal is the smart move).
Virgin Voyages already includes all dining at 20+ restaurants, Wi-Fi via Starlink, gratuities, and basic beverages in the fare. Adding a free bar tab and onboard credit on top of that makes this one of the most generous all-inclusive values in cruising right now.
Which Cabins and Sailings Qualify
The 80% second-sailor discount applies to Sea Terrace, Sea View, Insider, and Lock It In Rate cabins. The bar tab bonus is available for RockStar Suites and select Sea Terrace cabins. The deal covers Caribbean itineraries across the entire fleet, plus Mediterranean voyages, repositioning cruises, and transatlantic crossings.
In other words, whether you’re eyeing a quick 4-night Bahamas run on Scarlet Lady out of Miami or a longer Caribbean exploration on Brilliant Lady, you’re likely covered.
Why This Deal Matters More Than Usual
Wave season happens every year, but 2026 is a particularly interesting time to lock in a Virgin Voyages sailing. Here’s what’s coming down the pipeline:
Valiant Lady’s getting a major refresh. The ship heads into dry dock May 9–25 at Fincantieri’s Palermo shipyard. The biggest addition is Ariya by Razzle Dazzle, a new Indian dining concept developed with chef Maneet Chauhan. Razzle Dazzle will continue serving breakfast and brunch, while Ariya transforms the space into a 220-seat evening experience. Valiant Lady is also getting the updated Roundabout and Draught Haus concept first introduced on Brilliant Lady. If you book a Valiant Lady Mediterranean sailing after May 25, you’ll be among the first to experience the upgraded ship.
Sisters at Sea is on the horizon. In February 2027, all four Lady ships will converge at the same coordinates in the Caribbean for the first-ever full-fleet meetup. Richard Branson is expected to appear on each ship. Synchronized horn salutes, drone cinematography, deck parties across all four vessels — it’s shaping up to be a bucket-list moment. Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady will each sail different itineraries (4 to 10 nights) that converge on February 16, 2027. Those sailings are already bookable, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see them sell out well in advance.
How to Book Before March 31
The Wave 2026 deal is available for bookings made through 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026. Virgin Voyages’ adults-only ships sail out of Miami, San Juan, Barcelona, and Athens, depending on the season and itinerary.
Virgin Voyages is an adults-only cruise line (18+) with everything from Wi-Fi and tips to 20+ restaurants included in the fare. No formal nights, no buffet lines, no nickel-and-diming. It’s a different kind of cruise — and this is the best price you’ll see all year.
